This Rolex Datejust, reference 1601, is in great condition. It was produced in 1963. The caliber 1560 movement was fully serviced by our watchmaker and is running perfectly. The brushing on the lugs is nice and even and the lugs are thick. Fitted to the watch is a cognac leather strap with non-original buckle. The silver dial has nicely colored original tritium. The date wheel has the original open 6 and 9. It furthermore features the Swiss signature at the bottom. The hands are rare alpha hands, which were only used during a short period till aprox. 1965, which are filled with darker material. The 18k white gold fluted "coin" bezel is also in good condition.

The case has been polished lightly and is in great condition. All edges are very sharp and the brushing is nice and even.

The movement is running accurate and was recently serviced by our watchmaker.

Each watch is in properly working condition and is carefully checked and/or serviced by our professional team before shipment. Please keep in mind that vintage watches need to be treated with reasonable care by their owners.
Excluded from the warranty are: water damage, turn and push buttons, crystal, watch strap and clasp. Improper use or damage caused by the owner or third parties are not covered by our warranty.
All warranty claims must be directly reported to Timeless Vintage Watches. The warranty will be void if a third party worked on or opened the watch.
The warranty is non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. With every claim the invoice or invoice number must be presented. Repairs without a valid invoice are also possible but will be made at your costs.
